I needed a nail removed from a tyre which was identified during the service and was told I would need to wait until 1pm. I was waiting in the waiting area from 845. so declined, seemed excessive!

Chris at Lloyd Carlisle was very helpful. He kept me up to date with all aspects of my repair. The repair was done quickly and then Chris helped arrange for my car to be transported back to my home address which I appreciated.
