It all worked as promised and to time. However, I have one moan. Car was in for recall work and was needed for 5 to 6 hours. It was good to have a courtesy car, but under these circumstances, BMW should cover the cost of the insurance.

I had a problem with the suspension on my car making it un-driveable at around12.30 pm and was driving the car home by 2.00 pm the next day, problem fixed.

Everything was good but I did have to wait 20 minutes for my car to be washed. I think it was rushed as not up to the usual high standard of finish with parts missed. Had to wash it again
