Staff are friendly and welcoming and appear to be interested in me as an individual. I was well looked after, choosing to wait on my car being serviced - good range of hot and cold drinks. One little thing, I'd have appreciated the wifi code.

Ed Mellor was very good. Straightforward, friendly and efficient. When picking up my car I was attended to by someone else who was a bit brusque and I got the impression that she thought she was doing me a bit of a favour, trying to be authoritative

Very disappointed that all 4 brake pads required changing at the same time after 40,000 miles - seems quite a coincidence that they all wore out together or is it BMW practice to change all 4 together.

Excellent customer service on booking via phone, arrival and in house facilities while waiting. Not 100% impressed by explanation of tyre defect.

Sorry to hear we did not explain the tyre defect. The passenger front tyre was showing signs of "stepping" on the edges causing noise when driving. This is caused by one of several things; poorly maintained tyre pressures or a tracking fault. The stepping edge is normally exaggerated and more noticeable on bigger, heavier models. I would recommend getting the tracking checked once the tyre has been replaced. Please let me know if I can be of any further assistance. Regards, Andrew Robinson

Most of the required work was completed satisfactorily. However, an annoying brake pedal squeak persists, which I hope will be eliminated by ongoing investigation.

based on the above answer and this was its first service so i would expect it to be reasonable quick, it was 4.5hrs later when i got the call to say the car was finished. Why do you have the time slot booking in etc if the car is required all day

Would have been 5 start. But when I was Making the appointment for service, the agent didn't seem to know how the service onboard computer works on BMW and was making the appointment booking process more complicated than necessary.

I felt I had to justify the reasons I gave for bringing my car in for your technicians to repair. Annie was great but both my wife and I felt that Curtis was unfriendly and kept us waiting a considerable amount of time waiting for the car.

I was told it was a free health check ,clean in side and out when I picked it up inside under the passenger seat was a McDonalds cup I know it wasn't there before as I dont let anyone eat or drink in my car so they've used my car to go to McDonalds
